CIE616: Experimental Methods in Structural Engineering

This course examines advanced experimentation and instrumentation in structural engineering research. The key topics covered in the course include scale modeling, test planning, data acquisition systems, and instrumentation. Students conduct hands-on experiments using servo-hydraulic equipment and shaking tables in a weekly laboratory session. LEC and LAB. Prerequisite: CIE 519.
